Refund and cancellation policy
This page explains how to cancel WaitlistPing and when we give refunds. It's part of our terms of service. Questions: support@waitlistping.com.
How billing works
- WaitlistPing costs $15 a month for one Calendly account, billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our payment processor.
- New customers get a 14-day free trial with no card needed. If you add a card during the trial, the first charge happens only when the trial ends.
- If you don't subscribe, waitlist emails pause when the trial ends and your waitlists stay saved. Nothing is charged.
Cancelling
- You can cancel anytime. There's no contract and no cancellation fee.
- To cancel, log in, open Billing in your dashboard and choose Manage billing and invoices. That opens Stripe's secure billing page, where you can cancel your plan. You can also email support@waitlistping.com and we'll cancel it for you.
- After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Then waitlist emails stop and your waitlists stay saved, so you can come back later.
- Disconnecting Calendly doesn't cancel your plan on its own, so cancel billing first if you want to stop paying.
Refunds
- We don't refund part months. When you cancel, your plan simply runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
- If you were charged by mistake, for example charged twice or charged after you cancelled, email support@waitlistping.com within 30 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Your data after cancelling
Cancelling billing doesn't delete anything. To delete your data, disconnect Calendly and email us, as described on our security and data page. We delete it within 30 days and confirm.
