Terms of service

Last updated 17 October 2026

These terms cover your use of WaitlistPing, a waitlist service run by the operator of WaitlistPing ("we", "us"). By connecting a Calendly account or joining a waitlist, you agree to them.

1. The service

WaitlistPing adds waitlists to Calendly event types and emails people on the waitlist when a slot frees up. Bookings are made on Calendly, under Calendly's own terms. WaitlistPing is not affiliated with Calendly, and it needs a Calendly plan that supports webhooks.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and authorized to connect the Calendly account you use. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Calendly login secure.

3. Acceptable use

Use WaitlistPing only for genuine waitlists. Don't add people to a waitlist without their permission, send spam, or use the service for anything unlawful. Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Waitlist members' data

As a host, you decide who joins your waitlist and are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact them. We handle their data as described in our privacy policy.

5. Trial, pricing and payment

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card needed. Paid plans (currently $15/month) are coming soon. We won't charge you anything without first asking you to sign up for a paid plan, and you'll be able to cancel at any time. If you don't subscribe, we may pause the waitlist when the trial ends.

6. No guarantees

We work hard to keep WaitlistPing reliable, but it's provided "as is". We can't guarantee that every cancellation will be detected, every email delivered, or every slot refilled, because the service depends on Calendly, email providers and the internet.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost bookings or income, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending use

You can stop using WaitlistPing at any time by revoking access in Calendly and asking us to delete your data. We may end or change the service with reasonable notice to connected hosts.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and email connected hosts about significant changes. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
